CAA Eleven (part of the CAA network) is UEFAs exclusive agency for commercializing the national team competitions, such as UEFA EURO 2024. My role is to sell the licensing and sponsorship rights globally, which includes strategy development, market prospection, acquisition process, contracting, agency supervision and account management responsibilities.

• Responsible for the strategy, marketing, sales and implementation of UEFAs licensing and retail programmes, such as UEFA EURO 2012 or UEFA Champions League • Global sponsorship sales for the category of “sporting goods &apparel” for UEFA EURO 2012 & 2016• Responsible for various creative work, such as the Official Mascots and Official Song of UEFA EURO 2012• Developing and managing UEFAs first online store• Worldwide marketing and selling of UEFA funded movie “The referees” to media agencies, broadcasters and cinema distributors• Planning the various budgets and controlling the cost according to the agreed forecasts• Led a team of 3 people

• Responsible for creation, introduction and communication of new products• Management of product launches and campaigns on a global basis• Definition of distribution strategy across all markets• Led a team of 7 people

• Implemented the global marketing strategy for FIFA event and retail licensing programmes • Responsible for the prospection, acquisition and account management of all licensees for the FIFA Quality Concept and FIFA brand licensing programme. Approx. 130 accounts in the programme.• Development, marketing and promotion of FIFA’s global certification programmes to improve equipment, players safety and the game of football • Liaison and coordination with other relevant bodies, such as UEFA, WFSGI, ILO or FIFPRO• Event operation responsibilities at various FIFA competitions, e.g. FIFA World Cup 2006 • Budget responsibility for the assigned programmes• Led a department of 9 staff

• Responsible for the full marketing-mix of the mono-pralines business within the Swiss market and the management of the assigned junior product manager

• Responsible for the global implementation of the Japanese clients’ • (SEIKO, EPSON, TDK) marketing rights within World Athletic Series. Overall marketing responsibility and on-site coordination at World Athletic Series events.• Liaison to TV broadcasters and content generators
