About Lars Brodersen

I am an international profile typically spending 70-80 days/year away from home. One of my strengths is extracting strategies from visions and folding out strategies in corporate organizations with a variety of disciplines – with an eye on UN global goals. Especially the magic that can be created in the intersection between technology, user experience and finance is where I find inspiration for growth.Creating a market leader within our field has resulted in 600 employees with a revenue of 1.000 MDKK in my current company. As Business unit Director and Managing Director I am heading a global business unit incl. two legal entities and 38 FTE’s in direct line - whereof 6 in direct report - within a matrix organization. Taking management positions in different functional areas of a corporation has given me a broad experience within various operational disciplines building on top of my yearly ears as specialist.I am currently managing director for a UK company located outside Greater London and running a turnaround program for a newly acquired German company in Stuttgart. I have been advising ministries and NATO on optimal technical solutions and I am used to operate at any organizational level in private- and political organizations.
