I am a R&D engineer with many years of experience and a great interest in process chemistry. This interest goes all the way from design and development, through implementation, to evaluation and optimization. I especially enjoy working to understanding how a process work, and then using that knowledge to improve the process. This knowledge can come from literature or from practical experiments, but in my experience a kombination is often the best way.Through my work with pilot scale testing and visiting client around the world, I have gained good practical insight into different processes. The same work has also given me significant knowledge about various measurement methods, e.g. which to use in different circumstances, how to best use them, and what uncertainties they might have.My work style is methodical and structured, with a clear focus on delivering the best results. A clear plan is formulated from the beginning, but continuous evaluating of results is done to ensure that the plan is adjusted if necessary.In recent year I have gain an increased interest in the health and safety, and how you can combine high efficiency with good and safe work practices.
