I am a medical device specialist with broad experience in electronics, electroacoustics, signal processing, signal analysis and physics. I hold several patents within the field of hearing aids.I have worked both as a Team Leader, a Project Manager, and a System Architect. This has given me a good background in MDD and FDA requirements for medical devices, development processes and an awareness of the needs of other teams and disciplines involved. My main force is the holistic focus and the cross functional overview, where the interaction between different disciplines is necessary. As a manager, I believe in trust, information sharing, and transparency as the way to get the best team spirit and performance.I enjoy explaining technical stuff to others, whether orally or in writing. Over the years, I have authored several articles and a book chapter on hearing aid processing and have made presentations for information and education, both in the company and externally.
