Main achievements within first 18 months: • Identified and headed project sales team awarded largest project in DCB + 40-year history • Raised continuous sales project pipeline + 100 % through international focus • Established sales and service partners in key geographical areas

Overall responsible for start-up of J Hvidtved Larsen’s Australian subsidiary. Initiating interface of business activities from previous local agent, including relevant business licenses, import permits, hiring staff and implementation of internal systems required for daily operations. Develop, implement and execute business strategies for sales and service departments within Australia and New Zealand.

Responsible for medium and large scale piping projects worldwide for Industrial, District Heating and the Oil & Gas sector. Responsible for agents and direct sales ranging from technical clarifications, project sales, contract negotiations and project management.
