As such, I am responsible for EHS related change control, URS, design reviews, MoC, EHS by Design, ONE CSS, FAT, SAT, installation processes including permits to work, contractor safety and training, and the subsequent delivery of safe and user-friendly constructions and/or equipment to the final owner. Before I have had an EHS manager position for nine years. I was responsible for more than 2000 employees in 30 different sites within the Nordics on a strategic level: developing, implementing and auditing tools and systems. For two years my focus was on safe behavior and safe leadership behavior, and training LT, managers, and employees. Another focus area was to develop and implement a more efficient and measurable audit program for subjects such as Leadership training, Machine safety, Work safely on high-risk jobs, Improve investigation quality of incidents / accidents, Change behaviors and attitudes.
