Worked over 30 years in the IT sector in many different roles and companies.I started my career as a technician in the early days of Personal Computing and Data Communication. After some years i moved on to software support and technical sales support. Between 1994 and 2007 i worked as an IT consultant mainly in the financial sector (support, IT operations, networking, IT security, project management etc).Since 2007 I have been working with IT management and project management within the roles of Technical Operation Manager and Project manager. As a Technical Operation Manager i am responsible for the IT environment at business area Broker Services at Nasdaq OMX.My responsibilities as a TOM includes:Securing the systems reliability and service fulfillment to internal and external customers, supervising the day-to-day technical operation, change management, incident management, problem management, SLA/Capacity monitoring/reporting, coordinating IT issues/activities within the Nasdaq organization, system design, Disaster recovery architecture/planning/testing, SOX Audit controls, access management, vendor management etc
