For me, thriving in a team is about finding the sweet spot between actively contributing my skills, being open to learning from my peers, and readily offering support when my teammates can benefit from my perspective.I am a goal-oriented person with an extensive sports background, spending a number of years as an elite cyclist and subsequently doing quite a bit of long-distance running.
