Responsible for managing Sunovions Psychiatry business in the Nordic countries. This means management of 7 KAMs and close cooperation with medical department and Product manager. My responsibility is to make sure that Sunovion through their KAMs in the Nordic countries reach their business targets. Included in this is development of account plans, people development and total commercial responsibility for the Nordic countries. I report to Sunovions office in London. My position includes extensive travelling in the Nordic countries and to UK.

Responsible for management of the sales team consisting of six sales reps and two KAMs. My responsibilities are mainly to run the Enteral Nutrition business when it comes to sales activities and coaching sales reps. I am highly involved in our tender business which is cruisal for our sales. I have also been involved in development of company processes and development of parts of the QA system. I have been a member in a projectgroup with responsibility to adapt and implement a new CRM system.

Responsible for management of sales force consisting of five sales reps, since beginning of 2016 one educational rep. Between Aug 2010 and Dec 2012 I also had one Regional Market Access Manager reporting to me. Reporting to Sales Director.My work mainly consists of coaching sales reps and running different key customer projects. I am also coordinating two cross functional groups in my region, with the purpose of improving sales and market access. In those teams, members, came from Sales, Market access, Marketing and Medical. Besides my regional tasks I am also taking part in a brand team that is responsible for one product in everything from launch plans to yearly brand plans including adaption and implementation of sales material. During the first two years i was a member of the Management Team.During my eight last years I have delivered according to or above targets which has been reflected in my yearly ratings.

After Solvay’s take over of Fournier continued position as sales manager. Besides managing the sales force consisting of 8 reps also responsibility for tender business and product management of four products.I took a major role in the process of merging the two organisations in Sweden.

Total responsibility for the affiliate of Fournier in Sweden with a turn over of 72 million SEK and nine employees. I also held the responsibility for other Nordic countries. In the duty as managing director I beside total responsibility for the affiliate also handled business development in Sweden, managing the sales force and tender business. This position contained frequent international contacts both internally and with external partners.

Besides managing the sales force consisting of 5 reps and one market assistant also responsible for tender business, planning and implementation of development tools for sales reps.
