In this connection, a new budget, strategic plan and action plans for future work was prepared. The company's finances, including operating liquidity, debtor management, forward-looking investment plans, etc. was meticulously reviewed and the company was adapted accordingly. Specific measures was focus on inventory management, production optimization, and new initiatives in the production of resource releasing of employees.
