Spearhead green fuels infrastructure and hydrogen projects to drive sector growth and achieve strategic goals.

Development of the asset management and operations model and organisation for the portfolio of renewable hydrogen and e-fuels projects with a focus on safe, scalable and efficient operations. Preparing specific assets and organisations for the operations phase and responsible for managing the assets when in operation. Collaborations across commercial, technical, financial, legal and project management teams, maintaining a wide network across the company as well as with external partners.

Responsible for development of the project Green Fuels for Denmark, reporting to the Steering Committee and managing the project through stage gates. Responsible for EPC, QHSE, time, scope of work and budgets. Leading the commercial, technical and permitting teams as well as managing internal and external relations. The project is planned to be realized at the Ørsted operated Avedøre power station, producing 50.000 t/y e-methanol for the maritime sector as well as e-kerosene for aviation.

Responsible for the safe and efficient commissioning, test and hand over to operations of the Nybro Terminal processing facilities. Overall responsible for MC, commissioning and RFO activities, and hand over to plant operator Ørsted.

Responsible for the 105 km Baltic Pipe offshore pipeline design, construction and commissioning activities, including PLEM and tie-in offshore to the EPII pipeline and onshore at the Nybro processing facilities. Leading the project team including internal and external stakeholders, authorities and permitting processes, project assurance, risk management, tender processes and contract management.

Responsible for offshore operations of the Siri area oil- and gas production facilities, including integrity of installations, process- and personnel safety, environmental impact, emergency response management and overall leadership and management. Overall responsible offshore for safe and efficient execution of all activities within production, maintenance, construction, catering and helicopter/boat logistic departments.

Enrolled in the OIM trainee programme and introduced to all relevant departments and business areas as well as 2 years assignment as Production Supervisor on the Dan Field with the responsibility for leading the offshore production team incl. the central control room.

Responsible for the oil- and gas department in Esbjerg. Build up this newly established department with all engineering disciplines within engineering consultancy and project execution. Preparation of business plans and strategy in cooperation with the division management and departments in Lyngby and Qatar. Establishing customer relations/sales and preparing quotations. Management of larger projects and follow up on progress, quality and economy. 4 discipline lead engineers in direct reference and development of the department to 35 employees.

Responsible for execution of safety related projects for the Dan field, containing 100 minor and medium sized modification projects for process- and safety systems. The project was a follow up on process safety for offshore installations after a severe gas explosion on the Gorm field in 2001.

Responsible for process equipment packages for BP and Statoil. Specification, procurement, supplier follow up, factory acceptance tests, offshore installation and commissioning. The tasks comprised e.g. gas turbines and compressors packages, oil and gas separators as well as gas dehydrations units.

Responsible for complete steam boiler deliveries including auxiliary equipment, from contract specifications to successful test, commissioning and hand over to clients. I was involved in waste and oil-fired plants as well as an experimental full scale gas pyrolysis plant.

Design, follow up on fabrication and test of machinery for food- and chemical industry.
