Test Manager and Technical PL for highly profiled SDC project with sharp deadline and customer awareness.Work description: Technical PM and Test Manager in Project AML 2 (Anti Money Laundry) with the goal to meet the legal requirements for financial institutions and other regulated entities to prevent or report money laundering activities. Lars was assigned to the project in a late phase where apparent performance and testing problems were encountered. Due to a committed test plan and specific focus on the performance part the project successfully reached the general and strict performance goals set up by the project.

Test Manager for highly profiled SDC project with sharp deadline and customer awareness: COREP.Work description: Documentation and System and User test of Project COREP (Common REPorting) Basel 3 concerning new reporting requirements from EBA affecting all banks in EU and the approximately 100 banks serviced by SDC. Lars was assigned as both Test Manager and to support the PL in order to organize the user requirements.

Developing the mobile concept for "The Digital Bank". The Digital Bank was a new approach for BEC beginning in 2013 to support the owner banks regarding any future demands from the customer base, i.e. you and me. A strong focus on the personal economy including budget, overview and other functionalities made the concept a viable approach for the future mobile personal economy. The concept was accompanied with management descriptions and finally with a detailed project plan - ensuring the development of the concept to be managed by BEC staff.

The purpose of the Task Force was to report the status of the OPUS projects (200+ participants) to the top/line management and to facilitate activities to comply with the observed problems. Originally responsible for the documentation of the salary system at the Danish food distributor COOP with more than 50.000 employees. The salary stem was developed in-house and was much needed to be replaced due to the lack of much needed functionality. According to the recommendations from Lars his task was later changed to be project manager for a small team (5+) with the purpose of making further development of the existing salary system and this way comply with all the demands from the accountant team. The renewed salary system was delivered in time and offered a flexible system to be used in the coming years with a big saving compared to the otherwise needed investments in a completely new system. Areas of responsibility: • Documentation (technical and functionality) of the salary system in COOP • Technical walk through and description of the design and architecture of the salary system • Project manager concerning the development of the new salary system • Supporting technical issues during the development phase
