Lead all commercial end-customer (B2C/B2B) activities for the exponentially growing e-mobility business at EnBW. This includes teams in product management, roaming and digital. Commercial P&L ownership for e-mobility, and member of the EnBW senior management team.

Responsible for all business technology digital & analytics transformation efforts. This included an end-to-end redesign of our fulfilment and technical service processes to become digital-first from order capture (including pricing) throughout fulfilment and build to go live and run. This digital signature experience was then expanded to include all product groups and sales segments in Vodafone Business. In addition, my department was responsible for portfolio management, the centralised bid- and product management function as well as technology transformation projects. As part of the operating model redesign, we reviewed and transformed our delivery model by reducing third party dependencies, which resulted in a significantly lower cost-base while simultaneously increasing all performance KPI and customer satisfaction.

Department head for Digital, Process & Go-To-Market within the Enterprise-Operations business unit.In this role, my team and I were responsible for driving all B2B self-care platforms and capabilities, generating exponential growth in unassisted contacts (+50% transactions YoY). In addition, I was responsible for the internal process digitization, for example our case-management tool, RPA, and process automation. This generated significant business efficiencies and corresponding opex savings. Moreover, my team was handling all product development for the business service unit and built the centralised project management function for the business unit.
