I am passionate about driving and creating sales in the food industry through strong teams with focus on autonomous leadership. I have developed from executing sales to now setting the directions and strategies for a team of skilled sales managers. The result of accomplishing sales as a team and building strong customer relationships motivates me. My focus is on building and strengthening the foundation in a team and from there on challenge and create sales strategies. With my extensive experience from having done business and lived in the US, Eastern Europe, Russia and Western Europe makes me truly enjoy cultural differences between both colleagues and customers.
