Lean Specialist, Business Excellence, Change management, Production management and project managementExperienced Production and Project Manager leading LEAN, Process Excellence and Business Excellence project to improve customers experience and operational performance.I have been working with Lean / Business Excellence and change management of people for the last 10+ years, having workshops and conducted training at all levels, including board of directors’.I train in and executed most Lean tools, combining Performance and RCPS. Full diagnosis with current state analysis and Future state with potential/ business case and implementation plan. All this has been possible because of more than 15 years as production manager in Chemical Industry, production of medical devices (clean room), food and alcohol with a strong focus of optimization of the equipment and people management.I have very strong analytical skills, and together with the project team we often find alternative solutions. Interactions with other people motivates me, and I enjoy to see the local team members take ownership and present our results at the end of the project, and have their suggestions for further improvements.Currently I support 10 factories, train the organization and follow up on performance with management every week.
