Responsible i.a. for employees, personal development and education, salary, coaching, hiring & firing, member of Corporate Patents and Trademarks management team, Member of Drug discovery management team, main responsibility was securing optimal IP protection for Lundbeck project pipeline and exclusivity for Lundbeck products, incl. Life cycle management strategies in projects, as well as securing optimal freedom to operate and patent strategies in research and development projects
