Consider pricing, groups of styles and preparation of KSP sales material in cooperation with marketingSales tool to the sales force – Planned, developed and implemented automated Excel sales tool for the sales force. Went from paper/fax method to fully integrated Excel tool with auto import into ERP system. Vast time saving in sales, customer service and packing due to this.2nd line of support to customer service – By advanced customer questions I identified the problem and found a solution that would leave the customer satisfied. Supervision of incoming orders – All incoming orders from the sales tool were checked by me for fast and correct import in order to secure swift expedition. Sales performance/KPI to management – In order to follow-up on sales reps I made daily sales reports with comparison with prior years/periods. I also gathered information for KPI for the different product lines, sales channels and finally a mix of the above to see the performance of the product lines in the different sales channels.Local teaching in Excel, Power Point, Word and ERP system – Teaching for German and Danish co-workers in weekly sessions. We would go through their daily challenges/routines and find better and faster solutions for them.
