Directed and grew international product development and major business areas from 0 to 11-digit SEK. Implemented global portfolio of 5 market areas. Led 100+ staff and built commercial 9-digit SEK Nordic service portfolio in uncharted territory. I’ve been sailing since I could walk. I started on a Neptune cruiser sailboat and went on to being selected to represent Sweden in an international sailing cup in Canada. From there, I moved to mine sweepers, patrol boats, and naval ships, where I directed 20 Swedish crew and operations in difficult circumstances (e.g. 30-35 meters per second speeds in the winter). Later, I led the technical aspects of international mine clearance operations in the Gulf of Finland and the Baltic Sea.
