As Vice President of Chapter Operations I work as the link between our chapter and nationals. I make sure that our chapter reaches and exceeds all expectations, sends documents on time in detail, and assist with the overall running of the chapter.

At Delta Sigma Pi I focus on networking and relationship building with fellow business students. Through the fraternity I participate and contribute to a variety of professional, philanthropic, and social events, all with the goal of upholding the fraternity's four pillars: Professionalism, Community Service, Scholarship, and Brotherhood. We participate in a variety of philanthropic, fundraising, and professional events, building our teamwork and leadership skills.

Head Teaching Assistant for Operations Management

At Terrapin I helped analyze fixed asset data, primarily US Municipal Bonds. Terrapin runs a model which analyzes thousands of bond prospectuses and sorts the information into a readable API, which is then delivered to clients. This opportunity has given me a new knowledge of fixed asset data, machine learning, and real office experience.

Teaching Assistant for Operations Management

My former chapter of Delta Sigma Pi. Here, I worked with my pledge class to create a strong community within the fraternity, while also preparing to become future leaders for the chapter.

Initially worked as support for several months. During this time I learned how the restaurant operated, both in the front of house and back of house. Supported other front of house staff with anything they needed, including restocking and reordering of products. After proving my hard work, skills, and knowledge of the operations, I was promoted to a server. Memorized the menu and the frequent changes to it, while consistently improving customer service and support skills. Served a minimum of 20 tables per shift, testing my quick thinking and adaptability on the job. Developed relationship building skills with regular guests and formed a strong community with coworkers. Worked on training 5 new employees near the end of my time, introducing them to the business' culture and operations.

At Chick-Fil-A I worked nearly every position in the store, where I learned the value of persistence, adaptability, and hard work in a fast paced environment. Over time, my customer service and sales skills improved considerably and I was able to become a consistent worker at the location. I worked on the location's highest ever service day, where we sold over $20,000 of product in one afternoon. Using the company's POS system I served over 100 guests per shift. Managed customer support when guests had issues with product or our services, dealing with issue resolution promptly and effectively.
