I hold a master's degree in Food Science and Technology and have years of work experience from the Food Ingredient business. I have led and executed development projects and have gained knowledge of ingredient testing and shelf-life protection of a wide range of food products, such as mayonnaise, dressing, margarine, meat, dairy products as well as pet food. I am a quality minded and a skilled worker in the laboratory and have over the years gained an extensive knowledge and familiarity in chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques, i.e. HPLC, GC-MS, ESR and UV-VIS. I enjoy using my analytical, as well as practical skills, and value the opportunity to gain new knowledge and reinterpret this to others. Furthermore, I am an advanced user of statistical software. I am accustomed to carry out experimental design and classic statistical analysis as well as multivariate data analysis.
