CAPEX Budget DKR 75 Mill.Main tasks: Overall management of the Frederikssund production site (approx. 500 employees) together with the management group consisting of 2 Production Directors, HR manager, EHS manager, Logistics manager, Technical manager and VP of Site Frederikssund.Implementation of Haldor Topsøe's Strategy “Unlocking Our Potential” through clear and distinct objectives with associated action plans, as well as objectives for all employees, for how the individual contributes to the strategy by being a competitive supplier and proactive advisor.Implementation of new maintenance strategy through reorganization of the entire maintenance area and introduction of SAP Plant Maintenance.Project portfolio management: ensure implementation of investment projects within given time frame and agreed budget. Initiation and follow-up of major efficiency projects such as lean projects, Volume-up in P4, Capacity Boost Alumina, Optimization of the QC function, establishment of a new laboratory building.

Superior reference to Director of Production.Responsible for the Alumina bulk production in Frederikssund, and from sept. 2016 also responsible for the new Zeolite bulk production. OPEX budget DKR100 Mill.Staff responsibility for 6 Team leaders, 2 Production managers, 1 assistant, 4 engineers and approx. 65 blue color workers. Main tasks: Reduction of cost prices through optimizations in production. Deliver to finished good productions in right time and quality. Participate in developing new products and optimizing processes in collaboration with R&D and S&M.Operation of district heating systems and delivery of district heating to 2,000 households in Frederikssund municipality through the energy company EON. Ensure development of the employees and their professional skills necessary to meet the future challenges in the production.

EHS Management offers consultancy within ISO certification of environment, occupational health and safety. Besides that the company offers training in audit techniques – completion of internal and external audits, guidance in development and implementation of ISO management systems.

Responsible for the alumina production site in Frederikssund. Staff responsibility for 6 Team leaders, 2 assistants, and approx. 40 blue colour workers.Main tasks: to lead a turn-around for the site and implement lean principals making the site to achieve the goals agreed oppugn and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Responsible for staff, budgets, quality and delivery for Coloplasts site in Espergærde. The site has 250 employees hereof 40 white colour. The responsibility as Operations Manager covers supply chain management and production according to GMP regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, optimising and development of production and logistics including automation of processes and ramp-up of new processes and products, sales and operations planning, negotiations with suppliers, collective bargaining and corporation with unions and shop stewards. In my function as Operations Manager I have furthermore been responsible for transfer of production to Coloplast production site in Hungary and establishment of Center of Excellence. I have contributed to development of visions and supply chain strategy for the entire Coloplast production and I have started implementation of lean production and lean culture.

Responsible for logistics, warehouse and administration. Staff responsibility for one warehouse manager, one accountant, 3 production planners and 10 warehouse employees.Main tasks: Sales and Operations Planning, long term capacity planning, follow-up on budgets and production accounts, warehouse management, preparation of logistics analysis and presentations, implementation of new products and product changes in the supply chain, management and development of KPI-system.
