Twenty five years of experience as General Superintendent on multiple concurrent construction sites, including single and multi-family residential, commercial, and light-industrial. Scope of projects included, but not limited to, SWPPP requirements, site utilities, site grading, foundations, including post-tension slabs, framing (both wood and steel), all MEP trades, roofing, finishes, inspections, landscaping, paving, and warranty. Experience includes, but is not limited to, pre-construction design, scope definition, direction and coordination of multiple direct-hire work crews and multiple subcontractors. Established, coordinated, and managed schedules for all trades on a per building and total project basis. Provided guidance, direction, and mentoring to subordinate personnel, including assistant superintendents. Ensuring strict adherence to all Safety and Quality standards and requirements, while successfully completing the defined scope of work on time, within budget, and according to plans, specifications, and company policies, without incurring any legal, safety, or quality issues.
