I work in the reception at our center in Akalla. This includes everyday tasks such as meeting customers and helping them with rental gear, booking courses, buying their one equipment and shoes as well as serving as a barrista in the café.I also help out with routsetting in the climbing hall from time to time.Besides this I am the safety representativ, local IT-support, authorised top rope instructor, trainer and help out with managing the store. I basically do a little bit of everything.

Responsible for the ultimate user experience for the customer. This involved coordination of helpdesk and back office together with system manager and service delivery manager of the customer. In short, I made sure that if any user experienced problems with the platform it got fixed.
