Part of a team named Client Protection, who's responsible for designing, maintenance and support for WSUS, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Iron Mountain Connected and MPKI.

IT Service has the production responsibility for IT within TeliaSonera. Internally the division is the core of Sweden's competence and delivery center for IT-infrastructure. The division has approximately 720 employees.One of the key people responsible for developing and maintaining the WorkIT platform. This includes OS, installation, IntelliMirror, security design, application installation, packaging and MSIE.Part of the fourth line support regarding WorkIT.Writes pre study reports on consultant basis regarding new technologies, applications and Operating Systems.Specialist on Microsoft technologies in regard to client operation.WorkIT is a standardized platform built around Microsoft's product line and that is where my specialty lies. Approximately 25000 customers, both internally and externally, utilize WorkIT and the number grows each day.

Worked together with a team to manage the local helpdesk in Helsingborg. This included everything from changing passwords, to installing new desktops, for helping customers with their applications. After the helpdesk was centralized and a standard desktop solution BasKi was introduced, I worked in the second line support handling the revisions for the BasKi platform.

to develop a system for subscribers of the newspaper to receive special offers. The system was based on Macintosh computers and was placed in different locations in Helsingborg. The subscribers identified themselves with a smart card, "HD kortet", and the system presented the current offers.
