Lars Okeson is a Managing Director & Family Wealth Advisor at Cresset, advising Family Office clients on financial planning, estate and tax planning, and investment strategies. Lars came to Cresset with the PagnatoKarp acquisition.Lars obtains strategic and financial leadership qualities from over 35 years in a broad range of industries, including IT, software, pharmaceutical/healthcare and hospitality. He began his career in 1986 as a CPA with Arthur Andersen. His work experience includes tenures in leadership roles at both private and public companies including Fuisz Technologies, Convergence Holdings, IKIMBO, ServerVault, and private equity firm Revolution as EVP/ CFO. Prior to joining PagnatoKarp, Lars was a VP/Financial Advisor at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, where he managed several significant client relationships.In the community, Lars has been active with his church and coaching youth sports. He currently serves on the College of William & Mary’s Mason School of Business Accounting Board. For several years, he served on the Board, Executive Committee, and as Audit Committee Chair of The Washington Home & Community Hospices, as well as on the Board and as Treasurer of the Great Falls Lacrosse Association.Lars received a BBA in Accounting from the College of William & Mary, and was a CPA during his 10 years in public accounting.Cresset refers to Cresset Capital Management, CP Parent, LLC, and all of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates.
