I am a Professor of Economics and Deputy Director at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN) in Stockholm, Sweden. I am also a research fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR, London) and the CESifo Institute (Munich). I have served as an economic expert judge at the District Court of Stockholm and have been visiting professor at the European University Institute and Purdue University.My primary research focus is on competition policy, the economics of AI, entrepreneurship, industrial economics, productivity, R&D, restructuring, international investments, and private equity. I have organized several research projects and investigations. These include the writing of commissioned government reports for several Swedish organizations.
