Overall responsible for all commercial business in Denmark, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands. Revenue in 2022: 183 million DKK. Diversey's preferred markets are the service sector, the industrial sector, and the general private B2B market.I develop, lead, and execute Diversey's strategy in collaboration with the leadership team in Denmark, reporting to Diversey's Nordic director. Additionally, I identify and execute growth opportunities in existing and new markets, ensuring that Diversey offers the best solutions in the industry. Over the past 6 years, I have built a sales organization that has achieved significant results and can execute the strategy in the future and continue the growth journey.Responsibilities and main tasks:• Leadership and development of 17 employees, including support staff, salespeople, KAM, and sales managers.• Developed and executed a new "route to market" from direct sales channels to partner sales.• Selection of focus products and associated marketing campaigns.• Planning and execution of the TASKI1000 project in 2021-2022 (achieving 30% growth).• Development and implementation of Salesforce CRM in terms of customer focus, KPIs, frequency visits, and canvassing.• Building a pipeline and executing on existing and new customers.• Weekly online sales meetings where sales figures, ideas, collaboration, and community are fostered.• Contributing to the strategic and commercial development in Denmark through investment projects.Selected achievements (documented):• 22% growth from 2020-2022 (3% in 2020, 6% in 2021, 13% in 2022).• Increased our partner sales by 18% in 2021 and 25% in 2022.• 30% growth in TASKI sales across all customer segments.Diversey is a global market leader in technical solutions, dosing systems, and machinery for the B2B market in chemicals and hygiene.Skills: Change management, Value-based sales, Solution selling, Growth in new markets, Leadership, Strategy, Business development
