For the Comaker Organizational Advice & Change (COV) I started working as a team at the company DentalRules and I am part of the IT student team at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. The Comaker is a collaboration between the DentalRules company and Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. The purpose of this Comaker is to research processes within the company and to issue advice with improvement proposals. This is done using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC method. I have been elected to the team as project manager. My responsibilities are communication between the team and the client, communication between the team and the stakeholders, drawing up the project plan, planning the project and managing it, drawing up progress reports to the company and school every week, drawing up a final report with the plan deviation (and ) / setback (s) / process evaluation of the project and motivate the team.
