Responsible for integrating supplier contract "backfill" data, including Contracted Weekly Capacity (CWC), into SP-tool ( a Volvo Cars proprietary Data Base). Trained 500 individuals on the newly developed Capacity Terminology, created through Agile Sprints. Managed special projects related to BREXIT impacts on Volvo Cars and assessed the Supplier Financial Risk (SFR) and capacity stability during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Led approximately 20 Lean Diagnostic Workshops per year at Volvo Cars' supplier sites across Europe. Assignments were initiated by Purchasing, Supplier Quality Management, or Cost Estimating functions. The workshops utilised Lean tools in close collaboration with site personnel, generating annual savings of approximately USD 150,000.Each workshop required thorough planning, coordinated with buyers, Cost Engineers, R&D, and the supplier. Post-workshop follow-up spanned approximately six months to ensure successful supplier implementation. In cases involving cost estimation, I collaborated with Cost Engineers to interpret and apply workshop results accurately. Some workshops also targeted opportunities to increase supplier capacity.Beyond diagnostic workshops, my responsibilities included Lean Training, SMED, 5S, Lean Assessments, and facilitating Kaizen events, further supporting operational improvements at supplier sites.

Husqvarna AB, HuskvarnaProject Manager for the restructuring of Husqvarna AB’s Tool Manufacturing Operations, working closely with unions and site management. The initiative focused on streamlining operations towards metal injection tooling, with tooling for plastic injection moulding and metal stamping sourced externally when more economically feasible. The project also involved developing a new layout at a relocated site within the production facility, incorporating Lean Principles throughout. As a result, the tooling operations achieved a 50% increase in efficiency.Volvo Trucks AB, GothenburgProject Manager for addressing "problem packaging," specifically transport racks causing quality issues with inbound material from suppliers. Autoliv Electronics AB, MotalaProduction Launch Manager for the Occupant Sensing System (OSS) X202 & X350, with Jaguar as the customer. The project scope included assembly equipment and line design, as well as managing pre-production activities up to JOB 1. My responsibilities also encompassed leading the completion of all necessary documentation, including DFMEA, quality control plans, and detailed work instructions. During production, I managed the procurement and implementation of error-proof (POKA YOKE) fixtures for wave soldering to ensure process reliability. For quality control, I oversaw the development of end-of-line testing fixtures, which verified sensor functionality before packaging. The test results were saved to ensure full traceability.Autoliv Electronics AB, MotalaServed as a Manufacturing Specialist for the Occupant Weight Sensing (OWS) project, focusing on the conceptual design of the assembly line for sensor production.
