As a senior SAP (WM/LE) consultant with more than 20 years experience in SAP, my knowledge in all interfacing modules: PP, SD, MM, and FI/CO are excellent. In addition, I am currently gaining EWM knowledge as Hella has recently started two EWM projects.Currently I am leading an international team of SAP consultants and SAP developers located in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Challenging my team members in solutions, as we provide a way to ensure growth in technical skills and business sense, brings me great joy. My team is responsible for the logistics processes in the Hella Group Worldwide and we are providing solutions involving up-to-date technologies like automated warehouse systems (e.g. Robotic Forklifts, AGV, Miniload) pick-by-voice, RF handheld devices and integration to MES systems. Our customers are operating in very competitive markets and are always looking for ideas and solutions from which they can benefit to remain competitive in the future.Having done SAP implementation projects in the US, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, and Russia, has allowed me to understand different cultures and human behaviors thru professional experience. This also allowed me to understand challenges we might have as we roll out global solutions to different countries with aspect of different labor laws and legal requirements.My managers and colleagues have always expressed that they see me as positive, calm, friendly, helpful, and efficient colleague.Now looking for new opportunities where I can combine my excellent and professional business sense including my technical knowledge to be an important partner to contribute to organic growth thru effective solutions.
