BACKGROUND:I have +25 years of national managerial and international experience in managing teams at IT and consulting companies, including starting and running my own company. In all my positions, it has been important for me to make sure I get the right person in the right place. In my career, with my broad experience, I have gained an excellent knowledge of people. My experience from health service and my lecture positions has improved my skills in managing teams and organizations. I am motivated by succeeding to build individual and team knowledge. I am a person who takes my work extremely seriously and has always spent a lot of time to develop myself and my colleagues. It is important for me to have clear goals and to achieve them.
