In my 30 year-long career, I have had the opportunity to gain a wide range of experiences: setting up new departments, developing new products, working internationally, discovering and promoting potential in people and teams. 
My personal highlight was certainly founding my own food company directly after my corporate career. In the process, I was able to learn a lot from great people, made my mistakes and thus constantly developed myself. Today, I can trust myself to deal with surprises or challenges in a positive way and to focus on what is really important. With my energy, passion and experience, I want to implement sustainable ideas and projects with others that leave a positive mark.I welcome all forms of exchange on strategy, sustainability and change.
