I have 20+ years of experience leading e-procurement applications (Ariba / Coupa) from a process & solution & maintenance perspective. This includes activities such as business process analysis, design, testing, test coordination, delivery and post go-live Support on a global scale.Bringing together the process needs of up to 60 countries worldwide, respecting their local needs explicitly in terms of compliance and regulatory requirements and to reflect this in a worldwide process concept from a budget to pay perspective was one of the many challenges, which was successfully mastered throughout my career.Project management, leading pilot projects and the implementation of e-procurement best practices in combination with a strong analytical mindset focused on striving for excellence are additional key pillars of my skill set.Supporting as ITS Business Partner the transformation of Sanofi Business Services Global Support Function, with a large variety of scrum & agile projects, first from a European and then from a Global perspective, was one of my last successfull career steps.
