The correspondence was via e-mail, the telephone channel and the Live Chat function of the website.The general daily tasks consisted from the following activities:- Helping and guiding customers through the website to the product that met their requirements- Sharing knowledge on the most suitable mat for their inquiry- Preparing samples and relevant documentation to send to (potential) customers- Updating the Buymats.co.uk social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus)- Updating / adding new content to the website in terms of new products
