●Develop and oversee pre and post close Quality Control program to ensure closed loans are compliant with all agency guidelines and Federal/State regulations● Lead all external audit activities and engage internal personnel to satisfy state,federal and investor audits● Supervise disclosure desk and ensure compliance on all closed loans● Prepare monthly QC management report providing the CEO and COO with updates on defects, remedies, and trends● Implement ongoing process improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness● In charge of quarterly state and annual federal loan reporting requirements● Develop and update regulatory policies and procedures

- Maintain exceptional knowledge of FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines- Serve as a well-informed resource for the operations team. This includesproficiency with conventional and government lending, as well as federal regulationsrelated to lending- Engage with internal partners in operations and sales to ensure expedient loan closings- Provide feedback and assistance to management on efficacy of operations- Ability to assist across channels to effectively close loans and provide an enhanced client experience-
