- Management of a department of seven employees. - Communication Advisor to the CEO and the other Executive Board regarding their internal communication both in the line and across DSB. - Transform strategy to tactical implementation plans for developing DSB's internal communication with ongoing follow-up, including via board meetings. - Communication focused on DSB's 350 leaders and top-60 management. - Plan and manage communication activities so that the company's messages affect and are relevant to DSB's 7,500 employees. - Coordination of CSR activities as well as reporting on the same in connection with DSB's annual report. Establishment of management portal and management newsletters, leading skype meetings, etc. - I developed the department both professionally and organizationally and communication advice is respected and well used at all levels from directors and line managers to project managers and case managers. - The measurements of work life wellbeing for the department are top.
