About Lars Christensen
I have more than 20 years of experience with people management and leadership, both managing managers and specialists. I have worked with change management processes both related to organization changes and implementation projects. I have 360° knowledge with SAP, and my experience with SAP started in 1996. I have played different rols in relation to SAP as hosting responsible, SAP contract negation, SAP project manager and customizer of logistic modules. I have worked both from the customer and vendor side. I have been working with ITIL and Security processes for several years from the design and implementation of ISO 21.000 compliant to more simple approaches. I have implement and worked with ISO 27.000 securities processes and have had the responsibility for the external IT audit.
