It might sound nerdy but I love working with real estate services, products, mortgages, legislation etc. ❤Throughout my entire worklife I have been working with all aspects of housing from advisory, case handling, management in a branch and in back office, business development, project management, product development and business analysis bridging business requirements and IT. I have the pleasure of working with and learning from some awesome people. Not just in the companies I have been working but also via extensive representation of these companies in the financial sector e.g. while implementing eRegistry in Denmark, simplifying legislation, optimizing the infrastructure for mortgage companies and banks through e-nettet etc.What drives me is my desire to design a good customer experience through IT solutions, housing products and services - and efficiently optimizing the way we do it. And I love a good challenge e.g. how to implement very complex legislation, developing new products or making self service solutions relevant and easy to use.I draw on 25+ years of experience from hands on work in the mortgage area. My experience and knowledge from working in the entire “food chain” gives me a unique understanding of end-to-end processes and the ability to analyse how optimization in customer experience, design of product life cycles, IT solutions and processes can be approached successfully. I have also been fortunate to join Singularity University on a tech talent program giving me a good insight in new tech. I am very passionate about voluntary work and increasingly since 2016 I have been focusing more and more on Diversity & inclusion especially equal possibilities for and inclusion of LGBTQ+ employees 🌈.
