Established Tribal DDB in Norwegian market by restructuring existing DDB digital. Grew business both top-line and bottom-line. Established Tribal as leading Norwegian digital agency, achieving both Cannes nominations and digital campaign of the year as well as 2nd runner up position in Norwegian digital marketing awards. Established industry leading case through REMA ‘folkekokkene’ – a retail social media concept.

Part of team growing Proximity BBDO to Norway’s then leading 1:1/ digital marketing agency, both in terms of profitability and creativity. Initially responsible for digital, developing and implementing strategies for Norway’s leading brands in telecom, utilities, tourism and services. Later promoted to Managing Director.
