After having been working as a certified DiveRite service techinican for 2 years, I was honoured to be asked by DiveRite to become service technician trainer. So I am qualified to train others to become DiveRite service technicians.A regulator service technician is someone who is allowed and able to peform the regular maintenance on scuba regulators and to make repairs as well if they are not working properly anymore.

As supervisor on the Coral Restoration Project at Buddy Dive I am together with my colleague responsible that all maintenance activities are prioritized. Furthermore we need to ensure that coral are timely outplanted and new fragments are pruned in order to ensure continuity.Unfortunately I had to step back from this responsibility due to my other tasks demanding too much time, so I couldn't provide the necessary support to the project.

Moving up on the ladder, by achieving the title of Master Instructor, just one more step to make untill I am Course Director. Still enjoying the island life. I love the opportunity I have been given to influence peoples lives, by learning them to dive, by helping them to improve and grow as divers.Off course I follow the standards as laid out by PADI, but within the space I have I really like to figure out what makes you tick, what my approach in teaching should be to make the most out of your course.Proud and honoured to be with a colleague of mine supervisor for Buddy Dive for the Coral Restoration project. So many environmental efforts are about not doing something. And here I am, actively helping to rebuild the reef!

Living the dream, working as a full time dive instructor at this CDC center.My tasks are guiding groups of divers, teaching courses, helping customers with all kinds of questions, filling tanks, driving and maintaining boats. Besides that I am responsible for the rental equipment maintenance and servicing.I am thrilled to be part of the Coral Restoration Project here on Bonaire. I have become so involved in the project that I am 1 of the very few instructors that is allowed to teach this specialty course. Currently I have certified already more 60 new coral lovers!

I am not only dive instructor (Master Suba Diver Trainer), but also student for becoming IDC staff Instructor at this 5 star IDC center.I have the pleasure of giving all kind of diving courses from discover scuba diving up to divemaster training. On of the most rewarding course I like to give is the Rescue Diver course, because in this course you really a change in how the students look at dive sites and other divers. It is this change in awareness and attitude I like the most.Of all the specialties I am allowed to teach I really like to give the wreck diver course, because of my own love for wrecks and the fact that it is one of the few specialties in which you are thaught to go into overhead situations, which also brings additional safety precautions.In July, Augst and September 2015 I had the pleasure of not only teaching but also to work in the ScubaXperience diveshop, where I had to advise and help customers on dive (equipment) related questions.

CIHN stands for Coöperatie Integrale Huisartsenzorg Nijmegen (literal translation: cooperation for integrated general practitioner care Nijmegen).I was working as ICT advisor for the CIHN. In this position I had to make sure that the ICT and telephony facilities were working as required for evening, night and weekend service substitution for GP's and the coordination of care for patients with chronical conditions such as diabetes and COPD.Besides that I had to contribute and advise to the strategy and future policies for the CIHN. I was focussing on how ICT solutions can improve care for patients, integrate primary and secudandary care, while maintaining the highest possible privacy of customer data.

Taking you first breath under water is always a happening. Here at Naturagart there is a facility where you have a wreck, a temple and at least 10 sturgeons, with the biggest being 2,5 meters. Surfacing after the dives was so incredibly rewarding because of the outcries of joy and the hapiness on the faces of the divers. I feel priviliged to have been able to do this.

During July & August every year, organise dive introductions for children which are on holiday with Simbo. The assignment will be continued in 2015.

In March 2010, I became lead dive instructor and head of operations for DON Diving. I have been responsible for all student administration and allocation of dive / lesson planning. Besides that I took care of the equipment logistics. And off course I also had the pleasure of instructing students myself, both in the NAUI and PADI dive system.

At Telfort I fullfilled a positions as release manager applications / project leader infrastructure and project manager from october 2007 until june 2008.From July 2008 - Feb 2009 I worked as senior business analyst with Online Breedband. In this assignemt I was amongst others responsible for a project to review the entire order to cash process. In February 2009 until November 2010 I worked as Project Manager infrastructure for Comenius College and Horizon College. Both customers have outsourcing contracts with Capgemini. For Comenius College I am in charge of the move of their IT infrastructure to a Capgemini datacenter and for Horizon college I am managing several additional infrastructure projects.Afterwards I had an assigenment together with a colleague at RWS in a jr - sr combination,We gathered requirements for 3 projects and conducted a workshop in order to get allignment on operational processes for a new department.For the National Chamber of Commerce I organized and lead a workshop in which several departments had to agree upon the requirements for processes surrounding the commerce register.
