I was part of a agile development team with developers in Denmark and in Poland. I was part of a agile development team that worked using the SAFe agile principles. My primary area of work was testing of newly developed IT solutions that was made to handle digital signing for netbank users. Some of the work was:- Exploratory error searching in the system- Development of testcases, to be able to re-create errors and to document the test process- Design input to development of new functions so that the system is coherent and fits the end users needs

In my work as a IT Supporter at BEC's netbank support department i gained several competencies, some of them is:- Handling of difficult customers and de-escalating conflicts that can occur suddenly - Coordination and cooperation between departments and co-workers in a large organization- Test, exploration and description of errors that was reported by our customers
