With great interest in Engineering I started my carrier as a Marine Engineer sailing world-wide. These years has broad me a wide experience in many aspects of being an Engineer and the skills to achieve new knowledge and willing to adapt. I am driven by working with the combination of technical- and management aspects such as team leading, development, troubleshooting and maintenance, and challenging status quo. I am goal-oriented in my way of working and I see possibilities rather than limits. I enjoy working in an ongoing developing environment where proactivity and a questioning mind is everyday life. Creating solutions with great value for both customers, colleagues and my professional carrier is of high self-realization to me. Teamwork is another priority of great value to me and I appreciate working in both smaller or larger teams. As a Marine Engineer I have achieved great experience with both teamwork and team leading by working with different cultures cross borders.
