KPMG Norway is the third largest provider of audit, tax and advisory services in Norway (Big4). KPMG Norway is a full service firm with 24 offices from Alta in the North to Kristiansand in the South. I was in charge of the Recruitment Team and HR Recruitment Partner for hiring managers at KPMG Norway. I was deeply involved in Talent Assessments, Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing; on campus, at specific assessment centers, events and projects, and on social media on behalf of the company. Since I joined the company in early 2008, KPMG grew from approximately 650 to over 950 employees (march 2012), and was rated amongst the Top 10 on the Universum Ideal Employer Graduate Survey in Norway. The company develops and delivers software for International Banking and Finance.- Member of the division’s Management Group and in Project Management Groups for Payment Projects. Provided technical Sales Support.- Line Manager for 18 senior and junior System Consultants. Responsible for the department’s performance and economical results. Had extended responsibility for the division’s Employer Branding, Recruitment and Education Programme.- In charge of Talent Acquisition and 2 Trainee Projects. Recruited 25 % of the resources in the division. Co-operated with the HR-function, and represented the company at recruitment/"Career Day" / Employer Branding sessions at several universities and colleges.

Had different management roles, from Crew Chief for the Norwegian Adopted Hawk (NOAH) Missile System on the Squadron Level, to Logistics Officer at the RNoAF Materiel Command, doing Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) work in major acquisition projects.
