Responsible for roll-out of IWG brands Spaces, Regus, HQ and Signature as franchise in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. This includes strategic elements like defining the strategy for PR and marketing, securing local legal compliance, defining strategic partner, franchise target groups etc.. Area of responsibility; Avis and Budget have been losing market share in Denmark since 2010 and I was then moved back to Sales & Marketing Director Denmark to secure increased revenue from all segments – and both offline and online. Most important responsibility was to secure that Denmark turned from negative to positive in one year. I ran a team of 16 employees of which 5 were direct reports. Area of responsibility; Responsible for all Operation in Denmark; stations, employees, new services, KPI’s – and responsible for signing new licensee agreements or converting corporate stations to franchise stations. New owner of Avis and Budget in Scandinavia Norwegian Kiwi implemented a strategy where all stations should be handled an individual P &L.

Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities in Denmark including;- Direct sales to corporate marked- Marketing activities - Distribution via web and web site traffic growth- Brand development- Developed brand strategy and statistics systems.- Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.

My areas of responsibility included all commercial activities related to the company’s operations in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. Responsible for marketing, new sales (small, medium and large), clients (small, medium and key accounts), new product development, procurement (flight, hotel, car rental etc.)I ran a team of 30 employees of which 8 were direct reports located around in the four countries.

Winner CRM was a local Danish Customer Relationsship Software (CRM) including all the features needed. The main focus for us was to sell to new corporation and secure a perfect implementation - and guide them through the first year to secure they really use all the features. My role was strategy, pricing, selling and securing new features.
