(Held this position during the summers 2001 - 2006.)Worked in a team of 4 - 6 persons, responsible for casting refiner segments with liquid steel from a ladle. Looked after the ladle to make sure it was warm enough, in good shape and would not leak or break down during casting. Decided when ladles were to be scrapped and repaired them.
