After Motorola Solutions' acquisition of Ava Security, I continue working on everything from bringing on suppliers through architecture and development to getting the factories into mass production.

At Ava I led the hardware development team and was responsible for our supply chain. Ava was acquired by Motorola Solutions in early 2022.

Lysaker

After Acano was acquired, I led the integration of the people and the product and the supply chain into Cisco while putting the final touches on the product. Spark board was launched in January 2017 and later renamed Webex Board.

Fornebu

Continued work on the Spark Board, led the team developing it and built the supply chain. Acano was acquired by Cisco in January 2016 for $700 million.

Electric White was founded on an idea of a completely integrated and touch based telepresence meeting room system, the Spark Board. Electric White joined forces with Acano to bring the product to market.

Managing the telepresence hardware and operating systems development teams. Responsible for products shipping for more than $1 billion per year.

Went to Bangalore to open a new office and lead a new camera development team for Tandberg there. Delivered two camera products within 24 months, a fixed USB based camera and a PTZ camera.

Architected, engineered and industrialised three generations of hardware for the Tandberg Telepresence endpoint portfolio.

Joined Tandberg as a hardware engineer after completing army service at the Norwegian High Command. Did electronic design and some low level software development for Tandberg's telepresence products.
