I lead several teams in Microsoft Dynamics as a Senior Developer Lead in transition to Agile develop processes. My responsibilities are to ensure high performing teams, solid designs, drive releases in a timely manner and collaborate with remote support team. As a people manager it is essential to sustain high performing teams and explore development opportunities for your team members. In the agile style, we released new features with a half year cadency. In NAV, we delivered Kitting, in AX we delivered numerous new features for the AX product configurator. I drive innovation projects. One project demonstrated mass customization using AX product configurator integrated with Autodesk CAD system to drive programmable manufacturing equipment (a 3D printer). In cooperation with MS research, we drove a project on how to improve and utilize solver technologies in AX SCM domain.

I established Camelot based on my Ph.D. work. I build Camelot from scratch; establishing the business, managing investor relations, customer relations, and product development. Camelot developed from a one man business to a company with software products, OEM products, patent applications, and robot based automation solutions. Camelot’s main product is Ropsim robot programming and simulation application. An interactive programming environment with 3D visualization and simulation. I architected and delivered robot automation solutions, taught robotics, optimised existing robot cells and counselling in the use of industrial robots. I developed installations for assembly, handling, polishing and welding applications.Selected innovations Ropsim: Ropsim is built upon competence in robotics, control engineering, generic inverse kinematic solver, path and trajectory planning (Nurbs), robot programming, areas of software development, compiler technology. In addition, software application frameworks and architectures are central disciplines. Ropsim is a C# .Net, WPF based application using the Microsoft Robotics (service oriented) and Enterprise Patterns framework. Performance critical algorithms, maths, 3D geometry algorithms and OpenGL visualisation code are in C++.Visualising data of ultra sound scans 3D visualisation of ultra sound data to look inside metal structures.
