A standout achievement was the development of the Grovy app—a hybrid application built on a serverless platform with a major cloud provider. We delivered this project from concept to a fully functional product in just eight weeks. Under my leadership, our team has grown from 2 to 16 members over four years, consistently managing between 3 to 6 projects concurrently.As a self-taught programmer, I understand the importance of practical experience alongside theoretical learning.
