Lars Gyldenberg is a Naust Robotics at NAUST Robotics. He possess expertise in textiles, cotton, textile industry, apparel, new business development and 16 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Lars Gyldenberg worked for Sandoz / Clariant between 1990 and 2009 for the Textile Business as Technical Sales Manager in several countries, among others East Europe, Nigeria, West Africa, Switzerland and South East Asia. During the years 2003 and 2007, when I was Country President and regional Business Unit Manager for Textile I had the pleasure of working directly with Lars. During this time his main target was to develop the Bangladesh market, which was a very promising market for Textile, but at the same time an extremely challenging one, as it was not only targeted by MNC like ours, but very strongly so by the Pakistani and Indian suppliers, who historically had close ties. In the time Lars was active in Bangladesh he developed a clear strategy to develop the business, starting by developing a local team with strong technical capabilities and a focus on mid to large scale privately owned companies who were value driven. By directly approaching the owners he managed to stricktly adhere to compliance in a market otherwise known for high corruption. By this differentiated and focussed approach he managed to grow the business from 2 mUSD to 21 mUSD up to 2007 and brought Bangladesh to the Top 10 countries for Clariant! In addition to Bangladesh Lars was supporting the growth in South East Asia, especially in Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand, where he could advise the teams with his broad technical and commercial experience. I know Lars as a very engaged person with high ambitions and strong persistence to achieve his goals - when he encounters difficulties he finds ways and solutions to overcome these. He is a very good and supportive team leader and has the capability to adapt his leadership approach to the local culture. He also has a talent to connect easily with other persons, which allows him to build up networks in new markets very fast, which is especially important when growth is the target. Lars is very well respected for being loyal and reliable to both customers and peers.
