As of October 2015 I entered the Senior Citizen crowd, spending my time with grandchildren, skiing, boating in the Stockholm archipelago, travelling etc. Plus taking time limited engagements as Senior Consultant focusing on organizational efficiency (especially portfolio management) and growth in entrepreneurial companies. Throughout my career I have focused on change management in an entrepreneurial concept, i.e. establishing new entities or energizing and restructuring existing units. After many years in managing positions in global software companies a couple of friends and I 2009 founded Know IT Technology Management in Stockholm with the mission is to help our customers in governance of agile development units with a focus on improving the Time to Market, Time to Customer and Customer Care processes. My driver as a consultant is to assist companies in taking the step to boost innovation, efficiency and employee enthusiasm
